Thilina Rathnayaka is a B. Sc. Business Administration graduate from the University of Sri Jayewardenepura with 10 years of lecturing experience. He is currently an English Medium Economics Lecturer, recognized for his exceptional ability to motivate and inspire students, enabling them to achieve “A” passes and high grades consistently over the years. He began his professional career as a banker at an international commercial bank in Sri Lanka and later served as a lecturer at a reputed semi-government school in Colombo. Thilina has an outstanding track record of producing exceptional results, including the highest percentages of “A” and “B” grades in Advanced Level examinations. His achievements include guiding students to secure the Island 12th rank in the 2023 Advanced Level (Commerce Stream), the Island 2nd rank in the 2021 Advanced Level (Commerce Stream), and the Island 4th rank in the 2019 Advanced Level (Commerce Stream).
